The Status of learning content report provides a detailed overview of the progress status of learning content within course activations at the tenant level. It enables the transparent display and targeted evaluation of user learning progress and activities.

This system setting enables automated anonymization, deletion, or permanent removal of users within a client. Control is managed through defined periods for inactivity and deletion status, which are configured in the user.security.config system setting. Based on this, it is determined when a user will be anonymized, deleted, or permanently deleted. This guide explains how to configure the system setting accordingly.

In the User import events view, you will see a table containing all user imports (including those via an interface/API). An overview table lists the individual user imports (including API) with their associated ID, number of users, date and time, and client. Click on the ID to view details and possible error codes for the selected import. Via the context menu at the ID, you can access additional information, such as general data and usage.

In the PKCS#12 certificates view, you can create and manage authentication certificates. These are used, for example, for secure login (mTLS) to the redirect web service. Content connectors and providers also use these certificates. In addition to creating and editing, you can use the list view for an overview. The columns Title, Key name, Valid from, Valid to, Created, Change date, Deletion date, Manually added, Use case, and ID help you with this.

In the System request component, authors can process list views using classes and objects. In the list view, authors can see which rights are only relevant for User-Generated Content (UGC). For list view entries without a database basis, you can also work with so-called SQL wildcards (“%” and “_”). In the list view, you can view the entries organized by Component, Action, Category, Current Value, Required Value, and Status, and search them using the filters.

To view the list of all users who have used Double opt-in, select User management → Double opt-in. You must first activate the use of the Double opt-in procedure in the respective registration code. Double opt-in means that a registration is only complete once the user confirms it again. After registration, they receive an email with a link. Only when they click this link is the registration valid. This ensures that the registration truly originates from the user – a security measure that builds trust in the learning environment. In the list, you can check specific user data regarding a Double opt-in and filter by the following criteria: Token, First Name, Last Name, Email, Login, Registration Code, and Client.
