Participant rules for Remote content activations
With the help of participant rules for remote content activations, you can automate the registration and deregistration process in Avendoo. Participant rules for Remote content activations follow the principles of participant rules for course activations: When you create a participant rule, you can select users via certain criteria (e.g. OU, entry date, available certificate) and configure the desired registration options for your selection. Depending on the settings, you can register the user directly or make the course visible to them in the catalog. Participant rules are also available for training plans and course activations.
Selection criteria – User selection
In principle, the AND link of all criteria applies to the user selection. This means that only users who meet all selected criteria are selected. For the selection criteria for user selection in Remote content activations, the same criteria are available as for course activations.
