Training Inventory Export
Training inventory entries are often required not only centrally in Avendoo, but also in other systems such as CRM or master data systems. An training inventory export is particularly useful if this information is to be used in external systems for further processes that do not take place in Avendoo – for example, for billing, electronic personnel files or talent management systems.
Export options
Avendoo offers the following options for transferring training inventories to an external system
Avendoo Report
The report Dynamic training inventory entries of a user client logs all completed course releases and training plans, participation in event dates, certifications and qualifications.
You can call up and evaluate a favorite from this report from Avendoo via a REST interface (response as XML or as CSV). You can also call up any other dynamic report as a favorite from the interface.
REST interface
You can use the REST API getAchievements to retrieve the training inventory records as XML.
The startTime parameter specifies the starting point after which the new data records are to be transferred.
Push interface
The push interface is used to transmit data to an external server. For example, data can be sent whenever a certification is created.
