Create certificates
Wenn Sie in Avendoo ein Zertifikat für einen Kurs, eine Veranstaltung oder einen Lerninhalt auf dem Lernpfad bereitstellen möchten, erstellen Sie zunächst ein Zertifikat als Ressource. In dieser Anleitung zeigen wir Ihnen die einzelnen Schritte.

Navigate to Resources → Certificates and click Create. The Certificate Wizard will open.

Enter a title under Master Data.

Switch to the Parameters tab.
Enter the validity of the certificate here, i.e., the number of days for which it should be valid after issuance. Then specify how many days before the expiration date a notification should be displayed to learners in the learning environment. In addition, under Notifications, you can set whether and when certain people – such as the learner themselves or a manager – should be automatically notified of the upcoming expiration date.

Switch to the Certificate template tab and select a PDF with form fields from the Media. Avendoo automatically recognizes the contained form fields and displays them in the Variables section.
Enter the desired texts and Variables in the recognized form fields.
Alternatively, you can also create a certificate without a Certificate template. In this case, the certificate is not based on a PDF template and is exclusively available within Avendoo.

Save the certificate.
