Utilization of materials in Avendoo provides a clear overview of how heavily materials are utilized by event dates. It supports planning and organization and helps to use available resources efficiently.

Utilization is visualized in the form of a Gantt chart and shows the usage of materials over time. Only materials marked as equipment are taken into account. The view can be flexibly adjusted – for individual days as well as for an entire month. For a detailed view, you can select a specific day. The corresponding event dates are then clearly displayed in the information area, allowing you to understand the utilization in detail.
