Standard change: The “Prioritization feedback question” feedback question type has been enhanced and now supports individual answer texts as well as custom answer scores. This also allows statements and answers to contain a different number of options (maximum of 10). Dynamic reports have been updated accordingly. The new “Statement of the Prioritization Question” column now contains the previous value from “Text for answer to question”. The “Text for answer to question” column now contains the actual answer text. In addition, scores for multiple-choice and prioritization questions are no longer aggregated, but displayed per individual answer. Static reports no longer support the evaluation of prioritization feedback questions.

Default change: The plugin area in the Avendoo administration has been functionally disabled and will initially remain visible in the interface. The integration of automated translations or chatbots will now be handled via the add-on area.

When a follow-up date is canceled, a training inventory is created again if the participant attended the remaining sessions.

The report “Dynamic CSV export – users of a client” now returns results again when using the “Deleted users” filter.

Reported training needs are displayed correctly again in the deputy cockpit.

Database usage during the login process has been optimized.

New V2 API endpoints enable the anonymization, deletion, and permanent deletion of users; control is handled via the system setting “user.security.config” with the parameters inactiveDaysDelete, daysFinalDelete, and anonymiseDays.

As part of the migration to the new server version (Tomcat 10.1), internal naming conventions and the libraries in use were updated. In addition, the behavior of the API endpoints has been standardized: API calls must now strictly follow the specifications defined in the API documentation, including the correct use of a trailing “/”. Deviating variants (with or without “/”) are no longer automatically tolerated and will now result in an HTTP 404 error.
