Degree to which qualification profile is fulfilled
The Degree to which qualification profile is fulfilled report provides a clear overview of how much of a qualification profile is fulfilled. The output can be filtered based on clients, organizational units, users, and degree of fulfillment. The report makes it possible to quickly assess the current status of qualification profile fulfillment. The degree of fulfillment is given in percent. It indicates for how many percent of the qualifications in a qualification profile the “Target value” has been achieved or exceeded.
In the generated report, you can see the percentage to which the selected qualification profile is fulfilled by a user. By clicking on the title of the qualification profile, you will be taken to the user view of the respective qualification profile and receive detailed insight into the scale value of the individual qualifications.
Note
If the value 0 is entered in the Degree of fulfillment filter, the system outputs all users. However, filtering is usually done for a degree of fulfillment of 50 or higher.
This way, users can be identified who meet certain qualifications and are potentially suitable for a new role. Although this role does not exactly match the selected profile, it is similar to it or even requires a higher qualification.
Example: Within an organizational unit for welders, I want to identify the employees who possess certain qualifications that would most qualify them for a foreman position.
