Tasks (user)

Tasks related to users are automatically generated tasks in Avendoo that are created when certain system events affect a user. Such tasks are assigned to a defined task owner (e.g., an author or administrator) so that necessary follow-up actions can be carried out in a structured and traceable manner.

If emails cannot be delivered—for example, due to an incorrect or invalid email address—Avendoo can create a task to inform the responsible author or administrator and initiate a manual correction.

Users can be automatically informed when their user account is within a defined period before the expiration date. The system can trigger corresponding notifications so that affected persons can act in good time.
