In report templates, an author defines which data is displayed to users (Author, User, or Team Leader) in a report. Additionally, it can be defined which filter options are available to the user and which default settings are applied. Multiple report templates with different configurations can be created and specifically assigned to users to cover various evaluation scenarios. By assigning a report template to one or more users, the report becomes accessible to the respective users.

The list view displays all standard report templates and newly created report templates.
