List View

In the list view, the respective objects (e.g., courses, users, resources) are listed in a structured table, allowing you to quickly get an overview and perform targeted actions.

Important areas

By clicking on icons in the respective row of the list view, you can access specific sections or functions for the learning object. Here you can see a selection of areas that can be accessed via icons in the list view. Additionally, there are icons that serve only as indicators (e.g. marking a question as a parent question in feedback items).

Preview

By clicking on the respective country flag, a preview of the selected object opens.

Translation area

By clicking on the world icon you can access the translation area.

Participant management

By clicking on the participant management symbol you can access the participant management of the selected course activation.

News item change

In the list view of the clients you can add and change news items for the client by clicking on the news item change symbol .

Provider content

In the list view of the providers you can click on the symbol for course activations to add course activations to your provider object.

Event date wizard

In the list of event dates you can click on the calendar to access the corresponding event date wizard.

Run

By selecting the run symbol in the list view of the course activations you can access the run manager.

The event management features are only available in the Blended and Blended Black editions.
