Single-choice feedback question
A single-choice feedback question is a question type in which the learner can select exactly one answer from several predefined possible answers. It is suitable for collecting targeted feedback on a specific question or topic.

Go to Learning content → Feedback questions and click Create.

In the Feedback question wizard, select the Single-choice feedback question. Enter a Title.

Under the Question editor tab, you can select an empty page or a design template for your feedback question. Design your question here directly in the editor or use CSS.

Under the Answers tab, you can specify whether it is allowed to select the No answer option or to allow a Comment on the Question. Under Answers, enter up to sixteen possible answers that should be available for selection.

Save the completed question.
