Permissions for Users
In Avendoo, permissions can be controlled depending on the user type. Granting a permission results in a menu point becoming visible or a function becoming available for that person.

| Training Suggestion | Displays the editing form of the Request tool on the Start page in the User area. | A user wants to submit a training suggestion. |
| Record Training Inventory | Displays the editing screen for recording the training inventory for the respective user on the Accomplishments page in the User Area or Team Leader Area | Self-recording of further training measures taken outside of Avendoo |
| Replace Own Certification File | Users can replace the automatically created certification file. For this purpose, a button is displayed on the Achievements page. The prerequisite is that the author has activated the manually recordable toggle on the certificate. | Changing the name on the certification file. |
| Create an Activated Event for User Content | This user right allows the user to create activated event dates in the UGC Assistant. This user right works in conjunction with the setup of UGC or My Content. | External event dates (e.g. conferences, training courses outside of Avendoo) can be created by the users themselves. |
| Create Course for User Content | This user right allows the user to create courses in the UGC Assistant. This user right works in conjunction with the setup of UGC or My Content. | Users should be able to create their own courses in the User Area from the learning content provided. |
| Create Course Activation for User Content | This user right allows the user to create course activations in the UGC Assistant and to register themselves or (with team leader permission) other participants for them. This user right works in conjunction with the setup of UGC or My Content. | A user wants to enroll other learners in the content they created. |
| Create Instructional Materials for User Content | This user right allows the user to create instructional materials in the UGC Assistant. This user right works in conjunction with the setup of UGC or My Content. | Employees can create instructional materials themselves in the User Area. |
| Create Media for User Content | This user right allows the user to upload or create media in the UGC Assistant. This user right works in conjunction with the setup of UGC or My Content. This permission must also be activated for speakers if they want to upload documents in the Speaker Cockpit. | When creating UGC, a different image is required, which is to be uploaded in the User Area. |
| Record Attendance at an Even / an event date involving user-generated content instead of the usual auhtor-generated content | This user right allows the user, as a speaker, to record attendance in the Speaker Cockpit. | An external instructor can record the attendance of participants directly in the system. |
| Assess Participants (Speaker) | This user right allows the user to assess participants in the Speaker Cockpit. The user can be a main speaker, superior, or speaker. | An assessement/feedback is to be filled out by the speaker. |
