The utilization of locations in Avendoo provides an overview of how heavily rooms at different locations are utilized by event dates. It supports the planning and organization of dates and helps to optimally utilize available capacities.

The utilization is visualized in the form of a Gantt chart and shows the temporal occupancy of rooms per location. Weekends are highlighted in color by default. The view can be flexibly adjusted—for a single day as well as for an entire month. By clicking on a room or location title, additional information can be displayed in the information field. This allows you to quickly obtain a detailed overview of the occupancy and identify and avoid conflicts early on.
