Edit qualification
If you, as an author, wish to adjust (e.g., upgrade or downgrade) or completely delete a user’s qualification, this guide explains how to proceed.

Go to Reports → Qualifications.

Right-click on the qualification you wish to adjust and select Edit. The editing window will open, allowing you to adjust the level or add a comment.

Click Save.
