This is a preliminary event date or a list of interested parties (from the user’s perspective). No notification is sent here, neither to speakers nor to participants. No participants can be registered in the backend.

An event date is created, but not visible to users for self-registration. The speakers already receive event date requests, provided these have been set up. It is also possible to register participants in the backend. These also receive notifications about the registration (if set up) and see the event date in their frontend. Learners who only see the course activation in the catalog do not see the event date.

An event date to which users can register or users can be added by authors. With this status, updates are sent to the participants when new follow-up event dates are created in an event date group.

The event date is in the past and has been carried out. From this status, no more registration confirmations or invitation emails will be sent.

The event date has been carried out and the attendances have been fully recorded.

An event date has or will not take place, so it has been canceled.
