The collection functions allow you to select multiple content items simultaneously and edit them collectively. This function is particularly useful when you want to make identical changes to multiple items – for example, when deleting them.

You can find the collection function in many areas of the system, e.g. in Learning content, in Course management or in Resources. The function is activated via the small box to the left of each entry in a list view. As soon as you have selected at least one element, you can use the collection function.
