Use Local video in Move

You can use this move to insert and configure Local videos. For example, you can insert and configure your own product video, an explanation of processes and procedures, model learning, behavioral training and movement sequences.

To insert a local video, click on Media in the Move Editor menu, then on Local Video and drag and drop it to the desired location.

To configure the Local video, click on the pencil in the Local video dialog box:

  • Video source: Select the desired file via Video source.
  • Properties: If required, activate options such as Show controls, Autoplay, Play in loop or Preload. Preload determines whether the video is automatically loaded before playback.
  • Subtitles: Add subtitles, select a language and upload a VTT file.
  • Preview image: You can add or remove an image via Preview image.
  • Background color & image: Select a background color or image.
  • Width & spacing: Define the size and spacing of the video under Maximum width and Inner padding.
  • Animation: Select an Animation (e.g. Fade in) and the Duration.
  • Conditional display: Define on which devices the video should be visible (Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone).

To move, duplicate or delete a Local video, use the corresponding control elements in the dialog box.
