My profile

Under My profile, a user can make basic adjustments to their own profile, such as adding a profile picture or changing their password.

My profile

You can change or remove the profile picture in the profile. Please note that the picture must be square. You can also add a personal description of the user.

My data

View your personal data (e.g. first name, surname). Data that is visible to other users is marked with an eye symbol . This may be the case in the list of participants for an event or in the community, for example.

The author sets which information is editable for you in the user profile.

Personal settings

In this area, you can reset all personal settings (e.g. filter and table settings, removed information messages in the user area).

Depending on the configuration, you also have the following options:

  • Permanently remove user account
  • Provide certification data via the interface

Community

On this tab you can specify whether and after how many days you want to be notified by e-mail if there are unread messages in your community.

You can also hide your community groups from other users.

Change password

On this tab you can change your password by entering the current password and then setting a new password.

The author sets whether the password can be changed by you in the user profile.

Security

Activating two-factor authentication adds another layer of security to your account by authenticating yourself again with a randomly generated code after entering your password. You will need an authenticator app on your smartphone or tablet to do this.

The author can specify in the client whether two-factor authentication is optional or mandatory.

Information

On this tab you will find general product information about Avendoo (e.g. the current version).

Other areas

The following areas are available after appropriate configuration by an author.

Team leader

On this tab you can see the responsible team leaders if they have been defined in the system.

My substitutes

Team leaders can appoint a deputy who can access the team leader’s functions during absences.

Memberships

On this tab you can see your possible memberships and, if configured accordingly, you can also customize them yourself.

Absences

You can see your absences on this tab. You can add further absences. If an author has made an absence entry, you will see the corresponding absence here, which you can edit if necessary.
