Create Feedback (v2.0)
Feedback (v2.0) represents a combination of Feedback (v1.0) and Assessment. It enables you to create feedback as well as assessments, or a combination of both elements. This step-by-step guide explains how to proceed.
1
Go to Learning content → Feedback (v2.0) and click Create.
2
Under Master data, assign a Title for the feedback. Then specify whether you want to use the feedback to collect feedback from participants, assess participants, or combine both functions.
Collect Feedback from Participants
If you want learners to evaluate a course or event, select this option. Here you can create feedback that allows learners to provide input on various aspects of the learning experience.
Assess participants
If you want to use the feedback to assess participants, select Assess participants. This enables speakers or teamleaders to assess learners using a feedback form. When you select this option, additional settings for the assessment are available under Parameters.
Both Options
You can combine both options. Use feedback questions that can be answered by both target groups and compare the results of self-assessment and external assessment.
When you combine both options, it is not possible to use conditional follow-up questions in the feedback.
3
Go to the Parameters tab. Here, specify how the questions should be displayed.
If you are creating an Assessment, you will find these additional settings under Parameters: You can define a grading scale, a passing score, and roles that can complete the assessment form, if needed.
4
Switch to the Feedback questions tab. Click Add questions and add the desired feedback questions.
5
Switch to the Main page tab and design the main page of the feedback using Avendoo Move.
6
Finally, click Save to create the feedback.
