Dynamic attendance list with extended participant data
The Dynamic attendance list with extended participant data report provides a detailed overview of the participants of an event date and their attendance. It includes information about the event (e.g., date, town, and language), registration status, and extended participant information (e.g., user name, superior, or comments). The report serves to document and assess event participation and supports follow-up as well as internal reporting.
This report can also be configured as a report template. In this case, it serves as an attendance checklist that can be assigned to an event in the Event wizard. The attendance checklist is then automatically sent to the corresponding recipients.
