Create qualification profiles
A qualification profile defines a set of qualifications and their characteristics (qualification scale value) for a specific user role. For example, a role could be a salesperson. This salesperson would need the qualifications English with the scale value “B2”, communication skills with the scale value “Advanced”, and many more. This is the qualification profile. Each qualification profile is assigned to a role Each user with a specific role then automatically receives the associated qualification profile.

Navigate to Resources → Qualifications profiles and click Create. The Qualifications profile wizard will open.

Under Title/teaser text, enter a title and teaser.

Switch to the Qualifications tab. Select a role to which the qualification profile will be assigned. Only roles for which no qualification profile has been created, are listed.

In the Qualifications section, add the qualifications that describe the qualification profile. For each qualification, select a desired level of the qualification scale. If you enter a description, it can later be seen by authors in the backend in the user wizard under Achievements.

Click Save.
