In Avendoo, locations are a resource. They allow you to manage physical or virtual event locations. They can be created for face-to-face events, hotels or virtual meetings, for example. Locations can be reused and help to organize events and appointments efficiently.

Benutzerbereich

Der Benutzerbereich in Avendoo ist die Oberfläche für Lernende in der Lernwelt und wird auch als Frontend bezeichnet. Hier können die Lernenden auf ihre Lerneinheiten zugreifen, die im Katalog oder auf ihrem Lernplatz verfügbar sind. Zudem bietet der Benutzerbereich Funktionen wie die Suche, Erfolge oder ein Profil, das bearbeitet werden kann. Für Teamleiter findet sich im Frontend ein Cockpit, mit dem sie Ihr Team verwalten können.

Autorenbereich

Der Autorenbereich ist die Arbeitsoberfläche für Autoren in Avendoo und wird auch als Backend bezeichnet. Er bietet eine Vielzahl an Funktionen, die speziell auf die Erstellung, Verwaltung und Bereitstellung von Lerninhalten zugeschnitten sind. Autoren können hier nicht nur neue Lerninhalte entwickeln und strukturieren, sondern auch bestehende Kurse bearbeiten und für Lernende freigeben. Zudem ermöglicht der Autorenbereich die Verwaltung von Nutzern, Rollen und Berechtigungen, sodass eine gezielte Steuerung des Lernangebots möglich ist – und vieles mehr.

Lerninhalte

Als Lerninhalte werden alle Elemente bezeichnet, die Sie in Avendoo für die Erstellung von Lerneinheiten verwenden können.

Kurse

Ein Kurs in Avendoo besteht aus einem oder mehreren Lerninhalten (z.B. Lehrmittel, Wissenstests). Die Lerninhalte können in eine Reihenfolge gebracht und als erforderlich oder optional eingestellt werden. So entsteht ein Lernpfad. Erstellte Kurse können mit Hilfe einer Kursfreigabe für Benutzer freigegeben werden. Im Benutzerbereich werden Kurse auch als Lerneinheiten bezeichnet.

Lernpfad

Der Lernpfad in Avendoo fungiert als “Lernleitsystem” und organisiert den Lernprozess. Autoren ordnen im Kurs-Assistenten Lerninhalte per Drag-and-Drop an, um eine empfohlene Reihenfolge für die Bearbeitung zu erstellen. Dies gibt den Lernenden eine klare Übersicht über den Kurs und die erforderlichen Inhalte für den erfolgreichen Abschluss des Kurses.

Author backend

The authoring area is the work interface for authors in Avendoo and is also referred to as the backend. It offers a variety of functions that are specifically tailored to the creation, management and provision of learning content. Authors can not only develop and structure new learning content here, but also edit existing courses and release them for learners. In addition, the authoring area enables the administration of users, roles and permissions, so that targeted control of the learning offer is possible – and much more.

Beta version

The Avendoo Guide is currently in the beta phase.
