To-do items

There are nine types of to-do items available in the cockpit: Assessments, Tasks, Essay questions, Approve participation(s), Approve deregistration, Approve runs, Approve course(s) and Approve remote content.

The to-do items you can see depend on your permissions. The individual tabs are only displayed if there are corresponding to-do items. The respective links take you to the detailed view of the corresponding to-do items.

Assessments

Tasks

Tasks can be created by the author of a course activation. These are tasks that learners should complete as part of the course. The team leader can also be selected as the controller of the tasks. In this case, you can use the to-do items to confirm that the employee has completed the task assigned to them. Set the status of the task to Finished by clicking on the status for the respective employee.

Essay questions

Approve participation(s)

An approval process can be activated for events. Accordingly, under Approve participation(s), you will see a list of all pending approvals for events. You can approve or reject the participation of your employees accordingly until the registration deadline for the event. Depending on the setting in the course activation, participation is considered approved or rejected until your to-do item is processed.

Prerequisites

To-Do’s appear in the cockpit when they are triggered.
In order to be able to check off tasks, you need the permission for team leader: Task Manager.
In order to be able to evaluate free text questions, you need the permission for team leader: Assess essay questions.
In order to be able to process the approval requests, you need the permission for team leader: Edit approval requests.
