Maintenance window
The Juna hosting platform guarantees a high-performance and secure environment for your Avendoo learning environment. The additional firewall and tested security standards are certified according to DIN/IEC 27001. The Juna maintenance window is integrated into this infrastructure, which ensures the security of the systems.
During the maintenance window of the respective Juna frame, the executing operating system is updated to protect the infrastructure against security vulnerabilities. During this time window, Avendoo may be unavailable several times. It is therefore recommended not to work with the system during this time. Please note that no Avendoo update will take place during this time.

When will our Avendoo learning environment be maintained?
The time of the maintenance window for your learning environment depends on the frame in which the Avendoo system is located. The frame for your learning environment can be viewed with an author account under My Profile → Information. This information is not displayed with a user account.
