Subscribe to reports
If you would like to receive a report regularly by email, this guide will show you how to set up a subscription.

In the main menu, navigate to Reports → Reports.

Select the desired report. The report wizard will open.

In the right column under My favorites, click New to create a favorite. The report favoring wizard will open.

Under Master data, assign a title.

Switch to the Subscription tab.
In the Runtime section, define the period in which the subscription is active. Under Repetition, specify the intervals at which the report is sent. In the Filter adjustments section, you define the period to which the displayed data in the report should refer. The reference value refers to the start and end date specified in the report filter.
You can use the Additional recipients section to add other people – both inside and outside your organization.

Click Save.
