In Avendoo, certifications serve as official proof of successfully completed learning offerings. They can be used at the course level as well as at the learning object level, for example, for knowledge tests or events. As soon as a user successfully completes a course or learning object with an associated certificate, a certification is automatically issued. Certifications can also have an expiration date: In this case, the user will be reminded in good time by e-mail so that the necessary training can be repeated and qualifications can be maintained.

The list view provides an overview of all issued certifications. You can use the filters to narrow down the display according to various criteria, such as the status of the certification or the certificate title. The collective function also provides actions for reissuing or deleting certifications, or for downloading the associated certificates.
