Multiple use of media
In order to have a lean structure for your learning world, we recommend using the Avendoo principle: Media are uploaded and can then be reused in other places. This avoids, for example, duplicate uploads of the same screenshot. If you then change the medium, the screenshot will be updated in all learning objects. These instructions will show you step by step, using an example, how to proceed.

Under Learning Content, open the desired instructional material and switch to the Move Editor.

Insert an image block and double-click on the placeholder image to insert your own medium. In the editor that opens, click Browse Server.

Navigate to the category in which the desired medium was originally uploaded and select the desired image. You will see a preview and the file information for better orientation.

Confirm your selection with Ok. The medium is now embedded in the desired location – without having to be uploaded again.
