Filter media
In Avendoo’s Media Management, you can specifically search for certain media objects by applying filters. This helps you quickly find relevant content.
1
Go to Learning Content → Media.
2
Click the filter icon (gear) next to the media overview to open the Configure Filters dialog.
3
Check or uncheck the desired criteria:
- Title: Filters by the entered title or a part of it.
- Language: Displays only media in the selected language.
- Include subcategories: Includes media from subcategories.
- Not in use: Displays only media that are currently not in use.
- Document link removed by system: Displays media whose link was automatically removed by the system (e.g., the link to a document is removed from the event schedule page after x days).
4
Once you have selected the desired criteria, close the window. The filter options will be automatically updated. You can now filter by the desired criteria.
