Dashboard
The dashboard in Avendoo is your personal information and communication center. It helps you to organize your learning world optimally and offers quick and time-saving access to large amounts of data. When you open the backend for the first time, you will see a preset dashboard with all the widgets, which you can customize as required or design individually by adding and removing widgets.

My last activities
This element displays the most recently edited objects. You can see the title of the object and the type on each tile. If you click on the desired tile, you will be forwarded to the corresponding object.
The last activities can be expanded and collapsed by clicking on the arrow symbol .
Active tasks
This list shows your active tasks by due date. Click on the title to edit a task. To display all tasks, move the mouse over the arrow to the right and click on it.
Gear symbol:
- Task output: Display your own, all or another author’s tasks.
- Escalation period in days: Set the number of days before the due date for color coding.
To save the changes, click on the Apply button.
Display of the version
This element shows which Avendoo version is currently installed and informs you whether your system is up to date. Clicking on the element takes you to the area for updates, provided your author account has the corresponding authorization.
