Bill exports are a component of Avendoo course management and serve to systematically record costs for events or course activations (e.g. seminars or e-learning courses) and export them as clearing data records after successful participation. Data records for event dates are automatically generated as soon as all dates in a date group have received the status “Closed”. Bill exports thus enable the structured transfer of booking and clearing data to downstream systems (e.g. controlling, cost center accounting, external billing systems).
