Add or remove users from a course activation

If you want to register or deregister participants for a course activation, or activate them for the catalog, this guide will show you how to proceed.

Navigate to Course Management → Course Activations and open the Participant Management .

Switch to the Users tab and click Add User.

A selection with four options opens:

  • Option 1 and 2 directly register the user for the course.
  • Option 3 and 4 enable catalog registration (self-registration by the user).

Select the desired option. If you want to deregister a user, select Remove user here.

A new window opens in which you can select and confirm the desired user.

The user is now displayed in the list view of registered users.
