Configure and sort columns
If you want to customize or sort columns, this guide shows you step by step how to do this in order to optimally adapt the list view to your needs.

Click the gear icon in the top left of the list view. This opens the window Configure column view.

Depending on which content you want to display, various column options are available to you – for example, Title, Teaser, Status, Created and many more. Check the boxes next to the options you want to be displayed.
At this point, you can adjust the order of the columns by dragging the respective column name to the desired position while holding down the left mouse button.

Finally, click Save to apply your settings. The list view will now be updated according to your selection.
Note: The columns are filled with the content in the original language of the learning object (e.g. for German-language courses, the title and teaser are displayed in German – even if the interface language is different).
You can also sort the list in ascending or descending order, for example by creation date: To do this, click on the small arrow next to the corresponding column name in the list view. Depending on the direction of the arrow, the list will then be sorted ascending or descending.
