Add stream by popularity or ratings
Authors can add streams to the startpage based on course ratings or popularity. These streams show a user courses that are not yet in their learning space and have been well-rated or are popular with other users.

As an author, select the Add (Stream by Rating) or Add (Stream by Popularity) option in the client.

In the new window, enter an identifier (only one word, without spaces, e.g., rating).

Configure the stream:

- Stream by Rating: Set how many ratings must be available as a minimum (e.g., 10) for an element to appear in the stream.
- Stream by Popularity: Define the period (e.g., 30 days) in which the accesses should be considered.

Set the maximum number of elements to display and, if necessary, check the box for Show summary tile, select the desired width of the tile, and a background image.

Save the stream.
Naming of the stream

Switch to the Texts/Terms. tab

Add an entry for naming your stream: global.stream.[identifier]=Title of the stream (e.g., global.stream.rating=Courses with Top Rating)

To add a subtitle for the summary tile, enter the following entry: global.stream.[identifier].summarytitle=Additional text on summary tile

Save all changes in the client. The stream is now visible in the front end.
